Returns and Exchanges:
We are more than happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email customerservice@doodybaby.com or call us at 1.888.273.1390 to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". The address to where returns/exchanges are to be sent will be given to you when you receive your "Return Authorization Number". All returns/exchanges must accompany its original receipt and be in its original condition -unworn,unaltered, and unwashed with its original tags attached. If item(s) was packaged, then the item(s) must be in its original packaging. All sale items, hair products/accessories, stationary, swimsuits, fabric by the yard, furniture and custom orders are FINAL SALE. Shoes may be exchanged for size but no refunds will be given. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Doody Baby is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. All returns must be sent with insurance and delivery confirmation. An email confirmation will be sent and a credit will be issued to your credit card once items are received. Orders shipped with free shipping will have the original shipping and handling charges subtracted from your purchase credit. Furniture, Rugs and bedding returned may be subject to manufacturing restocking fees. Please call customer service for more information.

Pre-orders:

Pre-orders are orders made in advance on merchandise that will ship at a future date. These items are reserved for you and are no longer available for purchase by others. Since they are no longer available for others to purchase your credit card is charged in full at time of purchase. Your items are then shipped once they arrive in our boutique. Any canceled pre-orders will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If for any reason the manufacturer decided to cancel production on your items ordered, a full refund will be issued.

Custom Orders:
Because custom orders are made to your specifications, there are no refunds or cancellations and all sales are FINAL.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made before your order ships. Orders usually ship the following business day from when your order was placed, so please cancel accordingly. If cancellations are made after your order has already shipped then it is the customer’s responsibility to ship items back with insurance and delivery confirmation. Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping:
All orders $50 or more ship FREE and insured via USPS, FedEx or UPS. All other orders ship for only $5.00! Unless noted otherwise, please allow 3-10 business days for all shipments to arrive. All packages are insured at no additional cost to you and we do so for your safety and protection. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Expedited shipping is available at an extra fee. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. Any packages that are refused by the customer will incur a 50% restocking fee. Please contact us for international shipping rates. Sales Tax:
No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of California. All deliveries in California will be charged a 7.75% sales tax on merchandise.
